If you place an order with ThriveWell Nutrition Labs prior to 3pm PST Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same day. However, if you’re a brand new customer and this is your first order through E Check, we will have to wait until that money clears, which may take 2-3 days depending on your bank. Once you have established an order with us (at least one order paid for previously using E Check) we’ll ship same day as mentioned above.
We use United States Postage Service (USPS) and UPS. We ship in discreet plain packages or USPS or UPS labeled boxes. We ship quickly so that you receive quickly (orders usually ship within 24-36 business hours).
All orders are shipped same-day when placed before our cut-off time. These cutoffs are limits imposed on us by UPS and USPS.
We cannot guarantee same-day shipment or next-day delivery on orders placed after the cutoff. ThriveWell Nutrition Labs does not guarantee delivery by a specific time of day

UPS with 'Saturday Delivery' must be selected if you are wanting a weekend delivery, otherwise your order will be delivered next-business day.
